Jamiat Ulama Meeting

Ratnagiri, 13 June (Press Release): A training workshop and meeting of the office bearers and members of Jamiat Ulama District Ratnagiri was held today at Madrasa Suffa, Kokan Nagar, Ratnagiri, under the chairmanship of Hazrat Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui Sahib, President of Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra. A large number of members and well-wishers from across the district participated in the program.

The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Qari Aijaz Parkar Sahib, followed by a Naat recited by Hafiz Mohammad Dosani. Maulana Zubair Nakade Sahib (President, Jamiat Ulama District Ratnagiri) presented the proposal for the chairmanship.

Maulana Mohammad Ibrahim Qasmi (General Secretary, Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra), while highlighting the aims and objectives of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, stated that Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind is one of the most important religious and community organizations of the Indian subcontinent. It was established to provide religious, educational, social, and national guidance to Muslims. The primary objective of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind is to promote the true teachings of Islam and guide Muslims in the light of the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah.
