Condolence Message by Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui, President, Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra

Mumbai: It is with profound sorrow and grief that we inform you of the passing of Al-Haj Hafiz Manzoor Ahmad Sahib, a renowned religious and missionary personality of Maharashtra and a dedicated leader of Tablighi Jamaat. He passed away on 18 May, leaving this temporary world to meet his Creator. Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.

The news of his demise has deeply saddened religious and social circles across Maharashtra. Expressing his heartfelt condolences, Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui Sahib, President of Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra, described his passing as a great loss to the Muslim community.

The late Hafiz Manzoor Ahmad Sahib had devoted many years of his life to the noble mission of Dawah and Tabligh. He played a significant role in promoting religious awareness, social reform, and the moral development of young people throughout Maharashtra. His life was a shining example of simplicity, piety, sincerity, and selfless service to Islam.

He dedicated his entire life to the service of Allah’s religion, the reformation of society, and strengthening the connection of Muslims with their faith. He was known for his gentle nature, humility, good character, and compassion. Through his speeches and guidance, thousands benefited spiritually and morally. He consistently emphasized unity within the Muslim community, sincerity in actions, and adherence to the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. His efforts contributed greatly to the religious and moral guidance of Muslims in Maharashtra.

Recalling his personal relationship with the deceased, Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui stated that Hafiz Manzoor Ahmad Sahib always supported the activities of Jamiat Ulama, expressed sincere affection and goodwill, and remembered them in his prayers.

He prayed that Allah Almighty accepts all the services rendered by the deceased, grants him complete forgiveness, elevates his ranks in the Hereafter, and bestows patience and strength upon his family and loved ones. He also appealed to all members of Jamiat Ulama, Imams of mosques, administrators of madrasas, and the general public to arrange prayers for his forgiveness and convey rewards (Isal-e-Sawab) on his behalf.
