Condolence message by Hazrat Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui, President, Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra
Dated: October 4, 2026
Hafiz Mohammad Ramzan Ashaati, currently residing at Patoor Sharif, Taluka Manjlegaon, District Beed, passed away today. Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return (Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un).
Upon hearing the sad news of the demise of Hafiz Mohammad Ramzan Ashaati, Maulana Hafiz Mohammad Nadeem Siddiqui, President of Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra, expressed deep grief and sorrow, stating that the late Hafiz Sahab was a very talented, active, dynamic, and righteous-minded young Hafiz-e-Quran. He was a very pious and pure-natured man, associated with leading prayers in the mosque and the education and moral training of innocent children in the maktab. He rendered selfless religious services for fifteen years at the Noorani Masjid in my own hometown. He was a very hardworking and diligent man. He was around 40 to 45 years of age, but his work and religious activities were truly enviable.
Maulana Nadeem Siddiqui said that his services to humanity during the coronavirus and pandemic are commendable. The way he served people during that time will prove to be the best provision for his hereafter. Yesterday, he suddenly met with a road accident and was admitted to Apex Hospital in Aurangabad for treatment. Ever since the accident, I was personally deeply concerned. However, due to being away on a long journey, I am constrained and unable to participate in his funeral prayer, but my heart is deeply saddened by his memory. He was also affiliated with Jamiat Ulama, enthusiastically participated in every task of Jamiat Ulama, and was always striving to spread the message of Jamiat Ulama to small villages and towns.
His memory will always remain fresh in my heart. I pray for his forgiveness and offer my heartfelt condolences (ta’ziyat-e-masnoonah) to all his bereaved family members, relatives, and urge them to have patience.
Maulana Nadeem Siddiqui has specifically appealed and requested the office-bearers, workers, and madrasa management and scholars of all district and taluka units of Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra to make arrangements for prayers for forgiveness (dua-e-maghfirat) and conveyance of rewards (isal-e-sawab) for the late Hafiz Sahab.
