Osmanabad, August 26, 2026: An important meeting was organized by Jamiat Ulama, Osmanabad District, under the title “Religious Education Awareness Campaign” at Madrasa Ihya-ul-Uloom, Millat Colony, Osmanabad. The meeting was presided over by Hazrat Maulana Hafiz Muhammad Nadeem Siddiqui Sahib, President of Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra. A large number of members, office-bearers, and workers of Jamiat Ulama from various talukas of Osmanabad district participated in the meeting.

The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Muhammad Ammar bin Ismail, followed by a Naat presented by Muhammad Owais. Thereafter, Maulana Ayub Sahib, President of Jamiat Ulama Osmanabad District, delivered the welcome and introductory remarks. He explained the aims and objectives of the meeting and apprised the participants of the activities and previous work carried out by Jamiat Ulama in the district.

On this occasion, the presiding guest, Hazrat Maulana Hafiz Muhammad Nadeem Siddiqui Sahib, delivered a detailed and insightful address on the theme of the “Religious Education Awareness Campaign.” He emphasized the importance of religious education, the protection of the faith and beliefs of the younger generation, education in the Holy Qur’an and basic religious matters, and the need to establish and strengthen religious Maktabs in every locality and neighborhood.

He stated that, in the present circumstances, the religious upbringing of children and young people is one of the most important needs of the time. Therefore, it is the collective responsibility of all of us to make religious Maktabs organized, active, and effective.

Hafiz Muhammad Nadeem Siddiqui Sahib urged all the members and office-bearers present at the meeting to further strengthen and advance the work of Jamiat Ulama and to discharge their responsibilities with dedication, sincerity, and mutual cooperation. In particular, he stressed the need to take the Religious Education Awareness Campaign to every taluka, city, village, and locality of the district and to create greater awareness among the public regarding the importance of religious education.

Maulana Shaukat Sahib efficiently conducted the proceedings of the meeting, while Mufti Rahmatullah Sahib expressed his gratitude to all the participants, office-bearers, and guests.

In addition to members and office-bearers of Jamiat Ulama from various talukas of Osmanabad district, several distinguished persons, including Maulana Imran Sahib, Masood Bhai, Ilyas Bhai, Khalil Pathan, Khalifa Qureshi, Ayaz Bhai, Ismail Bhai, and a Nagar Sevak, also attended the meeting.

The meeting concluded with a prayer led by Maulana Muhammad Nadeem Siddiqui Sahib. The participants expressed their determination to make the Religious Education Awareness Campaign successful, strengthen the religious Maktabs, and further organize and advance the educational, reformative, and outreach activities of Jamiat Ulama in a more systematic manner.
